Returns Policy

SALE CONDITIONS

Refunds and exchanges are not available for sale items or items purchased with a discount code, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, with an EXCEPTION for first-time orders: If you are a new customer, we will provide a full refund, provided all other return conditions are met (e.g., the item is returned in its original condition and within the return window).

Outside of this exception, all discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 


 

RETURNS PROCESS

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.

For returns within Switzerland:

  • Free returns for non-sale items within 14 days
    Non-sale items can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery.

  • Initiate your return

    • Send an email with the subject “RETURN” to info@kimosabiworld.com

    • Include your order details, the items you wish to return, and the reason.

    • We will reply with a return label—please print and attach it to your package.

    • Drop off your parcel at any Swiss Post office.

  • Late returns
    Returns outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.

  • Right to refuse
    KIMOSABI reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those not meeting our return policy and procedures.

For international orders (outside Switzerland):

  • Return shipping costs
    Returns for orders shipped outside Switzerland are at the customer’s expense.

  • Proof of return
    Retain a tracking number or receipt to locate the package if needed.

  • Return process

    • Send an email with the subject “RETURN” to info@kimosabiworld.com within 14 days of delivery.

    • Include your order details, the items you wish to return, and the reason.

    • We will provide our returns address in the confirmation email.

    • Send your items to that address and keep a tracking number for reference.


REFUND PROCESS

  • Upon receipt of your returned items, garments will be inspected before approval for a refund.

  • Once approved, your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • We do not offer exchanges. Please return your order for a refund following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.

Customers who refuse a shipment from KIMOSABI are responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees, and return shipping fees.
