Return Policy: We accept returns on non-sale items within 14 days. Delivery details will be provided upon return claim.

- Other Destinations (including the US, Canada): Duties and import taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility. These charges may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
Please note that customers who refuse a shipment from KIMOSABI are responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred import fees, and the cost of returning the parcel. These costs will be deducted from your refund once the shipment is received.
GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW
