TERMS OF SERVICE

This policy applies to all purchases made online at kimosabiworld.com.

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock KIMOSABI, as we operate as separately.

KIMOSABI reserves the right to cancel any order placed online if,

  • The item is unavailable.
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
  • We have identified an error with the product listing.
  • You fail our customer validation checks.
  • We believe you are generating orders for commercial gain and not personal use.
  • A breach of our returns terms and conditions has occurred.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

  • The item/s were purchased from kimosabiworld.com e-boutique.
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Your order are returned to us within 14 days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to KIMOSABI without approval will be returned at the customers’ expense.
